Job Description

Overview

The Traffic Coordinator position serves as the primary liaison for the Creative Services team and is responsible for coordinating the development and execution of all creative projects. The Traffic Coordinator manages creative requests from cross functional teams, communicates project requirements to the internal creative team and if needed, may procure supporting data to ensure that projects move through the department in a timely manner. The Traffic Coordinator communicates scheduled deadlines, runs weekly review meetings and provides warnings and solutions when delivery dates may be in jeopardy, and works with external vendors to ensure the delivery and production of creative assets. This role will work closely with the Creative Services Manager to manage Creative Services team’s workload and conduct quality audits.

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for project intake
  • Keep creative team apprised of project priorities and due dates
  • Ensures all projects are completed as specified and on time
  • Expedite and prioritize rush projects accordingly
  • Enforce adherence to workflow processes and deadlines
  • Serves that the primary liaison in all areas of Creative Services tied to creative production
  • Performs quality audits
  • Responsible for understanding basic concepts, benefits and features of each line of business.
  • Responsible for understanding and adhering to current regulatory guidelines
  • Performs additional duties and assists on projects as assigned

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree required

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE AND/OR SKILLS

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with an acute ability to listen attentively and communicate effectively
  • Strong project management skills with relentless attention to detail on simultaneous projects
  • Ability to adapt to shifting business priorities, demands and timelines
  • Knowledge and understanding of Medicaid, Medicare and/long-term guidelines preferred

WORK BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in health care industry and/or marketing

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Physical health sufficient to meet the ergonomic standards and demands of the position
