    The Medicaid Marketing Specialist position assists in the development, tracking and oversight of marketing initiatives. This position will evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make recommendations regarding the most successful marketing approaches. The Specialist will develop marketing materials for all lines of business as required by regulatory bodies. 



    • Assist with implementation of Medicaid marketing plan.
    • Measures and tracks effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
    • Responsible for understanding basic concepts, benefits and features of each line of business.
    • Responsible for understanding and adhering to current Medicaid regulatory guidelines.
    • General reporting, analytics and executive summary communications for all key Marketing Operations initiatives including usage, pipeline of work and associated delivery expectations, challenges and opportunities, etc.
    • Collaborates with other departments throughout the organization to facilitate needed discussions around Medicaid materials.
    • Other duties as assigned



    • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or related field or experience commensurate with position required


    • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products required, Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
    • Proven success in writing for digital, print and other media
    • Excellent communications skills with proven ability to present, write, edit and organize thoughts in a clear, concise and well-organized manner
    • Strong project management skills with relentless attention to detail on simultaneous projects


    • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in healthcare marketing/outreach preferred.
    • Strong knowledge and understanding of Medicaid preferred
    • Previous grassroots/community outreach experience preferred.


    • Physical health sufficient to meet the ergonomic standards and demands of the position
