    The Project Coordinator/Operations Analyst II is primarily responsible for providing project, organizational and technical support for the Medical Management team with emphasis on project coordination, process mapping; data analysis and various tasks in support of the Manager, Health Services Operations.


    • Acts as a support and/or lead facilitator on assigned projects, departmental audits, accreditation and regulatory requirements as requested.
    • Document, measure, monitor and report the status of various project and departmental initiatives
    • Assembles specifications and creates process maps and all supporting project documentation as determined by business need.
    • Assists in creating training materials for users on operating procedures
    • Collaborates with operations leaders to update existing policies for multiple lines of business
    • Collects and analyses data; performs root cause analysis and works closely with teams (department or cross-functional) to eliminate process and training gaps
    • Assists in the ongoing development of programs with supporting documentation and medical management projects to enhance/expand the department’s scope of services and capabilities
    • Any other duties as assigned



    • Bachelor’s Degree (four year college or University) required


    • Proficient with MS Office Suite to include Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Proficient with process mapping or flowcharting software (Visio preferred)
    • Experience in MS Project
    • Self -motivated with ability to work independently
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze basic data and formulate decisions based on data
    • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external professionals and all levels.


    • Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting and coordinating operational and/or quality improvement projects
    • Experience in a health care, managed care or medical environment preferred


    • Physical health sufficient to meet the ergonomic standards and demands of the position.
