    Provides efficient, quality driven project management services through planning, monitoring and involvement in the implementation ensuring that deliverables are met in a timely manner.  Responsible for coordinating, conducting and documenting simple to complex population health and quality projects.



    • Analyzes projects to determine scope, cost, resource needs and scheduling requirements.
    • Creates, maintains, and refines detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, and tracks project schedules.
    • Actively updates complex project plans during meetings and ensure updates are current at all times.
    • Identifies, assesses, develops and implements cross-functional, cross-departmental work processes that impact various departments or the company to improve clinical outcomes.
    • Performs root cause analysis and coordinates activities to enhance the clinical outcomes of the population.
    • Actively participates in and may lead department-wide projects to solve quality issues and increase member outcomes.
    • Will provide expert assistance or best practice advice for team members.
    • Identifies internal deficiencies or obstacles with data, systems and processes, and implements enhancements interventions for the area.
    • Works closely with other managers and co-workers in order to ensure project deliverables are met in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Manages multiple, complex projects simultaneously
    • Presents management with project status reports.
    • Any other duties as assigned



    • BS Degree in Business, Public Administration or related field of study.
    • Project Management Certification highly preferred
    • Scrum Master highly preferred


    • Ability to take control and lead projects to fruition
    • Ability to work across teams to ensure milestone are met timely
    • Highly motivated individual with the ability to work independently
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Analytical skills
    • High resolution skills
    • Knowledge of NCQA, HEDIS, CAHPS, STARs
    • Proficient Microsoft Office computer skills including Project management


    • Minimum of two (2) years experience in a related field, with at least 2 years of project management experience
    • Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT, ICD-10 coding


    • Physical health sufficient to meet the ergonomic standards and demands of the position.
