    Initiative Management Team (IMT) Project Coordinator is a Level I position that provides administrative support to the IMT Project Management team while occasionally working collaboratively as a participant on interdisciplinary teams within organization initiatives.  This role is responsible for developing and maintaining communication with and among project teams to facilitate effective project execution, documentation, and issue resolution.


    • Provides administrative support for IMT training and projects
    • Assists onboarding of new team members
    • Works alongside the Project Consultant II or Project Consultant III to ensure project execution by attending meetings, compiling and publishing meeting minutes
    • Supports IMT initiatives by coordinating project administration, revising and maintaining critical documentation
    • Maintains required documentation on project sites, including Project Team Leads contact lists, meeting minutes, business requirements and status reports
    • Constructs project related documentation: power point presentations, excel spreadsheets and other documents that are needed to support projects
    • Attends meetings, compiles and publishes meeting minutes along with deliverables and other requirements
    • Capture and follow up on open risks, issues, action items and tasks identified during project meetings, as needed
    • Demonstrates ability to work on cross-functional teams on multiple projects, as needed
    • Performs other duties as assigned, including vendor onboarding and scheduling conference rooms



    • Four (4) year college degree from an accredited institution preferred.


    • Experience with MS Office products including,MS Project and MS OneNote preferred
    • Experience with SharePoint preferred
    • Openly and actively communicates information and takes initiative to communicate with co-workers
    • Handles difficult situations diplomatically
    • Ability to build strong relationships within and outside the health plan
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff
    • Demonstrated ability to identify issues and risks and propose solutions
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision and as part of a team
    • Strong organizational and prioritization skills


    • A minimum of 1 years of related experience
    • A minimum of 1 years of managed care/health care experience preferred
    • Solid understanding of managed care, Medicaid, Medicare and health insurance industry
    • Computer skills required (Microsoft Office)
    • Experience with project coordination preferred


    • Physical health sufficient to meet the ergonomic standards and demands of the position.
