This position is responsible for the daily administration of Human Resource services, including but not limited to compensation, employee programs, spot bonus administration, merit increases, contract negotiation and administration, internal promotion process, 401k administration, employee data integrity and benefits administration in accordance with legal and quality management principles and the overall strategic goals and objectives of the organization.
