This position will be responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating training materials that maximize employees’ and the organization’s overall effectiveness, performance, and service to multiple customers. This position will facilitate employee training, and manage training initiatives and projects. This position will work closely with the clinical staff in educating new and existing employees on systems training and processes. This position will be integrated in the clinical department, and will be responsible for department specific tasks.
Medical Management educates members and empowers them to become active participates in their coordinated health care plans. This team of knowledgeable professionals in their field provide services to incude Utilization Review, Medical Outreach, Case Management, Disease Management, Credentialing, Social Work as well as Grievance and Appeals.
