This position will be responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating training materials that maximize employees’ and the organization’s overall effectiveness, performance, and service to multiple customers. This position will facilitate employee training, and manage training initiatives and projects. This position will work closely with the clinical staff in educating new and existing employees on systems training and processes. This position will be integrated in the clinical department, and will be responsible for department specific tasks.
Under the direction of the Supervisor, this position is responsible for providing operational support of MLTSS clinical processes in collaboration with the care coordination team.

The Director of Clinical Support Services is responsible for the strategic implementation, program development, and oversight of clinical support services for the CCC Plus program in collaboration with the Vice President of Health Services. The Director coordinates duties with appropriate personnel to meet operational program needs, ensures compliance with state and federal health plan requirements, makes recommendations for program enhancements to improve care delivery, and ensures compliance with NCQA and contract guidelines. The Director will assist senior leadership with long-term planning initiatives to maintain operations assuring activities are appropriately integrated into the overall strategic plan for the organization.
Thie Chief Financial Officer is primarily responsible for the oversight of all fiscal and accounting functions with the single authority for managerial and operational accounting, financial statements, reporting, and fiscal policy interpretation. The CFO plans, organizes, and directs the financial management, serving as the single position through which all financial information within the corporation flows.
The Behavioral Health Medical Director is responsible for medical management clinical functions including Utilization Management, Quality Improvement, Credentialing and Pharmacy for Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse Disorders. He/She will improve the health care delivery system for effective delivery of behavioral health care and will be the Behavioral Health clinical subject matter expert at Virginia Premier. The BHMD will supervise the Associate Behavioral Health Medical Director in addition to partnering with the Chief Medical Officer as a Behavioral Health partner. The role will have an integral part in the development of Behavioral Health programs for Virginia Premier, developing and implementing strategies for growth. The Behavioral Health Medical Director will be a member of the Virginia Premier Health Quality Utilization Management (HQUM) Committee.
